We ship to the United States, US Territories and APO/FPO.

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority®) for Expedited Orders (2-3 business days in transit) and USPS First Class for Economy Shipping (3-5 business days in transit). Standard shipping & handling fee to the contiguous/continental US locations is $7.00 USD. Expedited shipping is $9.99 USD for USPS Priority®.

We strive to ship all orders within 48 business hours. 

We are not responsible for returned items due to incorrect addresses. If your order arrives back to us as undeliverable, we will refund the whole order, minus shipping fees. If you reach out and wish to have it re-shipped, we charge an additional $7.009 fee or $9.99 if you request to ship it expedited

 

Return Policy

Returns shouldn't be a hassle and we care about our customers and their experience with us. We easily accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund via store credit unless the item is specifically marked as final sale. Returned items must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, no animal hair, no smoke odor, etc. All pre-ordered items, flash sale items, clearance items and grab bags are final sale items. All accessories (including jewelry, hats, scarves, slippers etc.) are final sale items and cannot be returned. 

The Green Bag Boutique will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a return label. 

All returns must be approved! Please email with email address provided below and advise us to your issue. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.

If you purchased from The Green Bag Boutique and you have been approved for a return, please mail your item back with the provided return label. Be certain to include a handwritten note with your order# or a printed copy of your receipt detailing the reason for return. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund via store credit within 7 business days.
